This company is the result of combining Quest Stamping, LLC. with TRP Fabex, LLC.  The new company located in Elkhart, Indiana has a Metal Stamping Division and a Fabrication Division.  A lean manufacturing philosophy with excellent tooling maintenance programs ensure Quest will provide a competitive, consistent product to the customer.  An ISO 9001 based quality management system was used from the inception of Quest, and third-party registration to the international standard was achieved in early 2006. 

TRP International and Quest have invested in a fully equipped gage room including coordinate measuring machine for tooling verification and full-layout as well as custom built attribute gages for on-going, component specific inspection requirements.

Bonding and riveting capabilities for all type of friction materials. Ability to provide all type of severe duty and
corrosive protection materials. Multiple resistance welding applications and a full service tool room are the benefits offered to all of our customers.

 

METAL STAMPING DIVISION

Press capabilities from 80 to 600 tons provide versatile options in stamping and metal forming your production requirements. Mechanical presses, metal un-coilers, and straighteners were all chosen with accuracy and flexibility in mind. Presses have been equipped to keep set-up times at world-class levels resulting in better utilization of the equipment. Secondary forming operations can be performed in our brake press, and subsequent heat treat or coating operations will be managed by our Purchasing and Quality staff.




FABRICATION DIVISION

This division specializes in metal fabrication, welding, and assembly. The principal offerings primarily serve the RV industry, however the versatility and capacity allows the company to pursue many other market segments and product lines. We have the largest selection and have qualified designs to CSA (Canadian Standards Association) requirements for all of our models.
