GVS Technologies is our world class production machining company located in Elkhart, Indiana. The team at GVS has many years of valuable experience in machining a wide variety of axle and suspension components for the light and medium duty trailer industry. Axle spindles are the major product line ranging in diameters up to 5.0 inches and lengths exceeding 24 inches. These spindles can be machined from straight and drop hot forgings or hot rolled and cold drawn bar stock using the most advanced CNC lathes.

Spindles can be machined complete with an assortment of nut anti-rotation devices (e.g. cotter pins, D-flats, slots) lubrication passages and fittings, and welded brake flanges. We are also capable of machining to customer supplied custom designs. Control of raw materials and continuous monitoring and improvements in production processes insure consistent product quality.
